This Saturday, July 17th, 2010, join the National Aviary in Pittsburgh for the BNY-Mellon Hosted “Night in the Tropics!”
This fabulous summer event will be a carefree celebration that is sure to be a memorable occasion and a fun evening for all who attend!
Come to the National Aviary, located in Pittsburgh’s historic North Side alongside the gorgeous Allegheny Commons Park, where you can relax to the Freedom Band, enjoy lovely food and drinks, dance, mix, and mingle in America’s one and only “bird zoo!”
At the Aviary’s Night at the Tropics event, you can enjoy the work of muralist Ashley Hodder as she paints live, all while in the company of 600+ colorful, beautiful, and exotic birds, and will also have the opportunity to enter a silent auction to win one of Ashley’s paintings on-site that night!
All Night in the Tropics benefits the Aviary’s education and wildlife conservation programs! This is for a GREAT cause. This is a ONE OF A KIND facility, a rare and precious gem that we have right here in Pittsburgh benefitting these beautiful animals, some of which are endangered species, all of which are magnificent creatures! Come out, have fun, relax, and contribute to a good cause this weekend 🙂
