Currently, I Am Number Four is coming out in theaters. It was filmed in Pittsburgh and stars newcomer heartthrob Alex Pettyfer along with the beautiful Dianna Agron (of GLEE fame.)
“Locke and Key” recently began shooting. This new FOX series includes Jesse McCartney in its cast. The pilot began filming last week.
Britney Spears is back with a bang and looking better than ever!
Not only is she gracing the “Hot” issue of the current August 2010 Cosmopolitan magazine, but it’s also been confirmed by multiple sources that GLEE is, in fact, as Glitzburgh reported months ago, doing an All-Britney episode early on in the upcoming season! Glee, which won *19* Emmys on Thursday, will pay tribute to Ms. Spears and rumor has it that Britney may even have a guest role on the episode (not yet confirmed.)
Britney Spears recently broke up with her boyfriend, Jason Trawick….not romantically, though.
She’s been dating him for about a year now, but one minor issue has always stood in the way: Trawick is also her manager, which, in some people’s opinions, could be a conflict of interests, of sorts.
To avoid any such problems, they’ve decided to part ways professionally, and Spears is dumping him as her manager so that they can focus on taking their relationship to the next level. Cue the “awwwww’s!”
In other Spears news, she’s currently shooting a new Candies ad, working on some new tracks, and, still denying that the leaked pre-Gaga “Telephone” demo was hers.
She’s appearing to be fit, healthy, and happy, (see photo, May 10, 2010) and, apparently, Fox is still in talks to do a Britney Spears GLEE episode! Here’s hoping!
After Tuesday’s successful “Madonna” themed Glee episode, rumors began swirling that there would soon be a Britney Spears “Glee” in the works.
Glee executives at FOX have confirmed that they are, in fact, considering an all-Britney episode of Glee, and are very interested in the concept!
Both Brit-and-Glee fans are rejoicing over this news, in starting a Facebook page in support of the idea, as well as by trying to get #BritneySpearsGLEE to become a Twitter trending topic.
So far, nothing has been set in stone, but it certainly would be a match made in pop culture heaven.
Ten years of “Brit Brit” mega-hits on this ultra-hip/quirky, yet, somehow timeless, show? Yes, please!
Tweet #BritneySpearsGLEE to @GLEEonFOX on Twitter!
Pssssst……PS: A similar initiative was started a while back by Justin Timberlake fans after he stated on the 2010 SAG Awards red carpet that he was disappointed that HE wasn’t asked to do an episode of Glee. Maybe a “battle of the exes” themed episode?? Hmmm….??

So, I watched a few episodes of Glee last season, but never was an avid fan.
Yesterday, I watched the most recent episode – and, I admit it – I’m now hooked. What a lighthearted, fun, and funny show, that, to me, just about ANYONE can enjoy. I love it! So fabulously, deliciously creative!
Official, born-again “Gleek” right here!
Anyone have the DVD so I can catch up on past episodes?
And who’s excited for the Madonna episode?
While I personally consider Madonna vastly overrated (yes. I just said that.) I’m looking forward to it. Her tunes are timeless, are oh-so-fun ~ just like the show!
